As of Wednesday, June 10, we have resumed pet resort operations.
In the interest of the safety and health of our staff and community, we have implemented some temporary changes to our operations.
Drop Off & Pick Up Procedure
Our lobby is now open, but only one customer will be allowed in at a time.
To help speed up the check in process, we would like to encourage discussion of stay details over email or phone as much as possible please.
We will not be accepting any items from home. This includes leashes, toys, luggage, bones, etc.
We are no longer requesting people to use our in-house food over bringing their own. If you’d prefer to bring food from home for your dog, please have each meal portioned separately (per meal, per day) in Ziploc bags.
We will be wearing masks. It will be a huge help to us if masks are worn at home around your pet so they get used to them. There may be an adjustment to seeing us in them, and we don’t want them to be frightened.
Additionally, we ask that all customers please wear a mask while in our facility.
